of the Former FOI HomePage
Rt. Rev.Olivia Robertson, Rt. Rev. Caroline Wise and Rt. Rev. Steve Wilson
came to the mutual decision to transfer authorization of the Official FOI Website. This took place nearly four years after
the initial authorization had been received by Caroline and Steve for their London based FOI central website. This first central
site for the Fellowship of Isis was published online in early 1996 and announced in the Brigantia Isian News, Issue No. 79.
Written authorization was granted July 23, 1999 to Rt. Rev.
Connia Silver, Prs. Hierophant and founder of Crossroads Lyceum (Hecate of the Crossroads Lyceum) of Tucson, Arizona, USA,
to create the FOI HomePage. Although Olivia writes in Isian News, Issue No. 94, Samhain, 1999: "The Homepage was
put together and went online on May 18th 1999 ... We even found it at once in the library of Clonegal
Castle." This marked the beginning of the FOI HomePage.
The FOI HomePage served as the only central FOI website from July, 1999 - October, 2004. On October 10, 2004, FOI
Co-Founder Rt. Rev. Olivia Robertson founded the Circle of Isis Advisory Board and granted authorization for the Circle of
Isis to maintain a central website for the Fellowship of Isis. This was done to further the decentralization of the Fellowship
of Isis.
On December 1st, 2008, accompanied by a formal
announcement, the Fellowship of Isis HomePage was made into an online archive. A message was posted to various FOI related
lists on January 25, 2010 by the website manager, Rt. Rev. Connia Silver. The FOI HomePage Archive will be updated as necessary.
A
Rainbow Network of Authorized Websites
The FOI HomePage and Circle of Isis were joined in 2008 by the Star of Elen and
FOI Germany as authorized central websites for the Fellowship of Isis. Circle of Pelagia (Southern California, USA) and
FOI Chicago (Midwest, USA) are officially authorized regional sites. Temple of Isis, Geyserville is the home of the legal
branch of the FOI Priesthood.
Each of these sites, along with the FOI HomePage Archive, offers a unique contribution to the Fellowship
of Isis through the special talents of the respective website managers and website staffs. Olivia writes: "Each
member of the Fellowship of Isis is valued, the work of each member is dedicated through She of
Ten Thousand Names."
The FOI continues to grow, spreading Goddess
awareness through a Rainbow Network via the world wide web. As Olivia so often says: "The
Fellowship of Isis was never meant to be a tree, it was meant to be a forest."
